1. About ZippoTrips
These terms govern your use of www.zippotrips.com and any booking made with ZippoTrips (“we”, “us”), a tour operator headquartered at 4th Floor, DLF Prime Towers, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi, 110020, India, GSTIN 07AAFCZ1234P1Z5.
2. Bookings & payment
All tour prices are quoted per person in INR unless a USD toggle is selected for display purposes; the payment gateway always settles in the currency shown at checkout. Bookings are processed via our two-path payment engine (Confirm or Pre-book) described in the Pre-booking Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Identity verification
To protect against fraudulent bookings, we require both your email address and mobile number to be OTP-verified before any payment can be made. This verification is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
4. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates where required) and for arriving at designated meeting points on time. ZippoTrips is not liable for missed connections due to a traveller’s own documentation lapses.
5. Liability
ZippoTrips acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, cruise operators and other third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, or changes to schedules beyond our reasonable control.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
